Sponsorship Opportunities for our Mercian 2024 Conference

The Mercian Collaboration offers an opportunity for companies and commercial interests to support our activities and engage with our membership through sponsoring our annual conference.

For 2024 we will be holding an in-person event at The Venue @ DMU in Leicester on 11th September 2024, with an exhibition space for sponsors to engage and network with attendees.

The annual conference regularly draws delegates from all staff seniority levels and areas within our 23 member libraries, including directors and senior managers, budget holders, specialists and frontline team members. Our 2024 conference will be open to academic library staff from member organisations.

Depending on the level of sponsorship, this may include some or all of the following benefits:

• Name & brand information included in conference programme/publicity
• Named acknowledgement in conference welcome session
• Delegate attendance for up to 2 people 
• Exhibition space in networking space at venue

All funds received from our sponsors are invested directly into the conference, paying for venue, catering and keynote speaker costs. We thank our sponsors for their support in keeping the event free to attendees and ensuring equity of access for our member institutions.
